A good rule of thumb: put your jewelry on last (after makeup, perfume, sunscreen etc.) before you leave home, and take it off first thing when you get home.
Keep your jewelry away from water, lotions/creams, perfume, sweat and other liquids. If your piece gets wet, wipe it dry.
Ensure no water contact with Gold-plated jewelry. Avoid swimming, bathing or showering with jewelry on. It can induce tarnishing!
Store your piece in the provided ziplock bag with your order.
If your piece oxidizes/tarnishes, you can scrub the tarnish away gently with a toothbrush and warm water.
To keep gemstones clean and shiny, scrub lightly with a soft-bristled brush, warm water and detergent-free soap. Avoid chemicals or excessive temperatures when cleaning. Store in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.

How do I keep my jewelry looking it's best?
To keep your jewellery bright and shiny, polish with a soft, lint-free cloth like cotton or microfibre. Be gentle, jewellery containing gemstones are more fragile, so please take extra care when cleaning. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels.
The product I purchased looks different than your website?
All our pieces are handcrafted. As such, their composition and colour may vary slightly from the image shown, particularly gemstones which can have slight inclusions. There may also be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
Can you repair my jewelry?
We do not repair jewellery and if a setting is damaged causing a stone to fall out, we cannot replace it. Settings can be damaged by; any, applied pressure, hitting a hard surface inadvertently or catching and snagging on clothing. However, in case of a truly faulty product, we will work with you to procure a replacement piece. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ form to reach us in such a scenario.
Can you customize my jewelry?
All of our pieces are produced overseas. Therefore, we cannot make any changes to the design of the jewellery. We don't create bespoke/customised pieces.
